I know you're going through a bit of a tough time, Ryan, but you're brimming with style and talent and your work shines with professionalism, so, to reiterate what I said before, try and take the best care of your 'future self'. An old friend of mine once gave me some advice - it's not for everyone, because it's a bit old-fashioned and stiff upper lipped - but this is what he said: 'If you can't be happy, be productive'. At some point, the latter can encourage the former, you see. Keep going, Ryan - onwards. Your 'future self' will thank you :)
I've been out of the loop for a while as you know. I said it at the interim crit, this project stuck in my mind. As Phil said "brimming with style and talent". Don't do as I did and not sleep for 5 days and drink energy drink. All work and no play runined me!
Not sure if I will be allowed to visit the final presentation (Phil?) but I'll be checking your blog regularly.
